about
Julie J. Wells received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 2004 and her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi Law School in 2007. She later chose to establish her practice in Oxford, Mississippi.
Julie’s law practice is focused on skillfully advising her clients on corporate and healthcare matters. After working in-house with a large hospital system and as an operational director for a physician group, Julie understands and appreciates both the day-to-day and the big picture issues and considerations that physicians, practices, and healthcare organizations in Mississippi face every day.

For the past decade, Julie has worked with businesses — in the healthcare industry and beyond — to advise her clients on structural, regulatory, operational, and transactional matters. She focuses on building solid, long-lasting relationships with her clients, based on competence, mutual trust, and reliability.
